If you are pregnant, or have a newborn, it is beyond horrible to think about what you might do if a medical emergency was to occur. As a mum of three small children, I completely understand this.

But as a former nurse, I know that these are essential skills for you to have.

I know that you can make a massive difference if you ever needed to (touch wood!). 

I also know that I can teach you the skills that you need to have in a friendly, non- scary way.
